Magnitude collects information customers provide through business inquiries, print quote requests, project messages, proof approvals, and project-status requests.

• Contact and delivery details.
• Inquiry details, product selections, quote records, and support messages.
• Artwork sharing links and any historical artwork, preview, proof, or approval records associated with retained work.
• Privacy-filtered catalog search terms, family and option result counts, selected result types, source page paths, and interface placements.
• Technical and security records needed to protect the service.

Information is used to price, review, produce, support, and deliver requested work; communicate quote and proof status; improve catalog findability; prevent abuse; and maintain required business records.

Catalog search event records do not contain IP addresses, user or session identifiers, referrers, contact fields, quote messages, or URL query strings. Search terms resembling email addresses, phone numbers, street addresses, or web addresses are omitted before storage. Optional third-party traffic analytics remain off unless accepted through the privacy choice.

Consent-gated conversion measurement uses fixed action names only. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, artwork links, notes, and other form contents are not attached to analytics events.

• Magnitude does not store full payment-card numbers.
• Artwork is treated as private customer material and is not intended for public indexing.
• We limit access to information needed for the requested service.

Magnitude uses service providers for website hosting, databases, private file storage, email, shipping, payments when available, and trade production. Information is shared only as needed to operate the website or complete requested work.
