How Magnitude expects to collect, use, protect, and share information needed to provide custom-print services.

Information collected
Magnitude collects information customers provide when requesting a quote, contacting support, configuring a project, uploading artwork, approving a proof, or checking project status.
- Contact and delivery details.
- Product selections, quote records, and support messages.
- Artwork originals, design data, previews, proofs, and approval history.
- Technical and security records needed to protect the service.
How information is used
Information is used to price, review, produce, support, and deliver requested work; communicate quote and proof status; prevent abuse; and maintain required business records.
- Magnitude does not store full payment-card numbers.
- Artwork is treated as private customer material and is not intended for public indexing.
- We limit access to information needed for the requested service.
Service providers and access
Magnitude may use hosting, database, private object-storage, payment, email, shipping, and production providers to perform services. Access should be limited to the information each provider needs for its role.
- Supplier identities and internal cost data are not customer-facing.
- Real supplier submission remains disabled until an approved integration and workflow are authorized.
Retention and requests
