Submitting product details or a quote request is not authorization to print.

• Magnitude confirms the product specifications, artwork path, shipping, tax treatment, and quoted total before production.
• A quote applies only to the specifications shown in that quote.
• Changes after approval require another review and may change the quoted amount or timing.

Merchandise, shipping, tax, and the quoted total are kept separate. Magnitude confirms payment instructions only after the product, artwork, shipping, and quote are reviewed. Submitting a request does not create an order or authorize production.

Production begins only after required artwork review, preflight, proof approval, and customer approval are complete.

• Customers are responsible for checking names, spelling, dates, contact details, quantities, sizes, orientation, and other proof content.
• Screen colors and printed colors can differ.
• Magnitude coordinates approved print work and remains the customer's point of contact through production.
