Terms of sale

Product availability, pricing, turnaround, and shipping are based on the selected configuration and current stored data. Custom, unsupported, stale, or uncertain combinations may require a reviewed quote.

• Submitting a configuration does not mean production has been accepted.
• Magnitude may hold a request for pricing, artwork, payment, address, or production review.
• Quote terms apply only to the specifications and validity period shown on the approved quote.

Magnitude confirms the product, configuration, shipping, and total in the quote before production. Taxes, when applicable, are shown or handled separately. An obvious pricing or configuration error must be reviewed before production rather than silently accepted.

• A quote is not accepted for production until Magnitude confirms the specifications and next steps.
• Payment instructions, when applicable, are provided with the approved quote.

Custom print output depends on the approved product configuration, artwork revision, and proof. Production must not begin until required preflight, review, and proof gates are complete.

• Screen colors and printed colors can differ.
• Cutting, folding, finishing, and placement have normal production tolerances that must be stated in the final approved policy.
• Customer-requested changes after approval may affect price and schedule.
