Magnitude policies
Shipping policy
How Magnitude estimates shipping, confirms addresses, and handles delivery issues for quoted custom print work.
Version 2026-08-25 | Updated August 25, 2026
Shipping charges
A destination ZIP code is needed before shipping can be priced for a project. The amount is confirmed for the selected product, quantity, options, and destination.
- If an exact amount is not yet available, shipping is confirmed with the quote.
- Product cost, shipping, tax, and the final total remain separate.
- A shipping amount from a different product, quantity, set of options, or destination is not used as a substitute.
Production and transit timing
Shipping cost is separate from production time and carrier transit estimates. An estimate is not a guaranteed delivery date.
- Custom-size, oversize, freight, remote-area, and split shipments may need additional review.
- A faster shipping method does not shorten artwork review or production time.
Address and delivery
Customers are responsible for providing a complete deliverable address and reviewing it with the quote. Address corrections, re-routing, storage, or re-shipment can create additional charges.
- Tracking and delivery status depend on the selected carrier.
- A shipment should not be described as delivered until a carrier or approved production source reports delivery.
Delay or loss
Magnitude reviews delayed, lost, or damaged shipment reports using the available carrier and production records. Keep packaging and provide photos when reporting visible damage.
Questions about these policies can be submitted through the Magnitude contact form.
